Production Time

Our products are handcrafted with care, which requires a production time of approximately two weeks from the date of your order.

 

Shipping Method

We use FedEx for direct shipping to ensure your package reaches you quickly and safely once it leaves our studio.

We offer door-to-door courier service for local deliveries.

 

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent any damage during transit. Each product is carefully wrapped and secured to withstand the rigors of shipping.

 

Delivery Time

After the production period, your order will be shipped via FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you can expect your package within 2-5 business days after it ships.

 

Tracking

Damaged or Broken Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or broken, we take full responsibility. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
