Shipping Policy
Production and Shipping Time
Regular Orders: Orders leave the studio within 14 business days from the time the order is placed
READY TO SHIP Products: Products marked as READY TO SHIP leave within 3 business days
Delivery Times
International Shipping: Up to 14 business days (via FedEx) after the order leaves the studio
Domestic Shipping (Israel): Up to 7 business days after the order leaves the studio
Shipping Method
International Shipping: Via FedEx for direct and fast delivery
Local Shipping in Israel: Door-to-door courier service
Packaging
Each product is carefully packaged and secured to prevent damage during transport.
Tracking
Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package until it reaches your home.
Cancel Transaction Policy
Cancellation Window:
Customers may cancel their order within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped from our studio.

Partial Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the items have not yet been prepared for shipping.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at studio@noarazer.com with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Custom Orders:
Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you.
Sale Items:
Products purchased on sale or from the Outlet section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of Shipping Address
Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

The studio does not calculate or collect these fees - they will be billed separately by the customs agency.

Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
Studio Noa Razer provides a 14-day limited warranty on all handcrafted ceramic lighting products from the date of delivery.

Claim Resolution:
We review claims within 48 hours. Approved claims receive a free replacement product with shipping covered by us. We do not offer repairs.
