Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Shipping costs and any required taxes (if applicable) will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Returns and Refunds

A full refund will be provided only in the following cases:The order has not yet left the studio

The product arrived damaged or broken

Custom orders - products customized especially for you

Sale items or products from the Outlet section

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their country's customs authorities.

The studio does not calculate or collect these fees - they will be billed separately by the customs agency.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 14 days from the date the order was placed.To cancel an order, please contact customer service with your order number.

Change of Shipping Address-

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
